Welcome to Navigate Realty of the Quad Cities.  We are a full service brokerage helping our clients “Navigate their Real Estate Journey”.  Our brokerage is licensed in Iowa and Illinois, with a focus on the Quad Cities and surrounding communities.

Our founder and owner, Jenny Staub, has worked in Real Estate compliance and management overseeing nearly 100 agents in all of their daily transactions and training. It is this experience that led Jenny down the path to opening the independent full service “boutique” style brokerage, Navigate Realty. Having worked in large corporate and franchise brokerages, Jenny saw the need to be able to offer new options for clients as well as her fellow agents without sacrificing quality and dedicated professional services.
